Peter Molyneux hat die Gerüchte um die Nutzung von Microsofts Bewegungssteuerung erneut angefacht: In einem Interview mit der niederländischen Seite Gamekings wurde Molyneux gefragt, warum er bei der Ankündigung von Fable 3 auf der gamescom nichts von Natal erzählt hat. Molyneux antwortete darauf: “I am going to say it’s going to use a controller. But I’ve never said it’s not going to use Natal,” Molyneux told the site.“ Etwas deutlicher wird er kurz danach als er sagt: “I have not said that we’re not going to have Natal in Fable III. All I have really said is it is a controller experience. That doesn’t mean there isn’t going to be Natal. Do you really think … knowing me … I wouldn’t want to use something like Natal? I mean that’s just mad, man.” Alles andere als die Nutzung von Natal in Fable 3 hätte auch stark überrascht, schließlich entstammt die spektakuläre Milo & Kate Präsentation während der E3 Molyneux eigenem Studio Lionhead.
